Orders can be placed by phone, fax, sending a simple email, using one of the forms available to download on this page or by contacting your Practitioner Consultant.

While we endeavour to have all orders leave the day they are received, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as they are dependent on couriers and vary according to location. For same day delivery (Greater Sydney), orders need to be placed before 9.00am. For next day and interstate delivery, orders need to be placed by 12.00pm.

Orders over $250 ex. GST will be freight free
Orders under $250 ex. GST will incur the following charges:

$12.00 ex. GST Sydney Metro & Fringe (Newcastle, Wollongong & Blue Mountains)
$17.00 ex. GST NSW Country, Queensland and Victoria
$22.00 ex. GST Tasmania, WA, SA, FNQ & NT

Out of stock items
Our aim is to fulfil orders on the day they are received. We prefer not to back order, it is best to include the out of stock item with your next order.

Stock returns
Due to Commonwealth and State legislation we cannot accept any items for return for the purpose of gaining a refund or credit. Please ensure that you are ordering according to your needs.

Price changes
Prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuating cost of dried herbs.

Overdue accounts
We cannot extend credit beyond the terms of your account. Please understand that we will not process orders if accounts are overdue.

New customers are required to pay fully in advance for their first order. We accept payment by Direct deposits, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or cheques. Please ask about opening an account.

Account customers are required to make payment within account terms. Direct deposits, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and cheques are accepted.

Student accounts are for natural medicine students and are only approved on completion of our Student Statutory Declaration. Once qualified, students may be eligible for a practitioner account.

Please note: TGA regulations require you to hold a TGA exemption certificate, this is provided by your approved association. As such, we require you to provide us with a copy of either the certicate or your association renewal receipt each year.
